The ground floor is made up of a huge open plan living and dining space, equipped with air conditioning and two large wall fans to keep the space cool and airy. A huge fully functioning western style kitchen with an oven and hob, capable of catering for large groups.

There are sliding doors on two sides, which open out into our breathtaking architecturally designed lagoon pool and terrace area, which is walled to ensure total privacy. Next to the pool is a bespoke sunken seating area, enabling guests to enjoy drinks and food in the shade, whilst socialising with friends or family. There is also an outside rain shower. The outside and inside spaces blend seamlessly together.
